Step 1: Recruiting

I apoloize for not getting this out sooner. I wanted to wait for more people, but I suppose there is nobody left. I will work on ranks soon.
That is not the point of this post, though. We need to start recruiting to get back up. We will not start on Club Penguin yet, so that leaves chat recruiting. For the time, I would like to recruit some high rank officials. These people should be former or current members of the army community in good name. Other than that, just start recruiting. We will have organized recruiting soon.
